Train for safety and minimize human error.
This is the goal of the Pilot Reliability Certification and Maintenance Reliability Certification eLearning courses, which are provided to your organization through the Performance Vector safety initiative.
The six-module PRC program and four-module MRC program are comprehensive human factors curricula designed to provide individual aviators and maintainers with an understanding of human error causes and countermeasures, all in support of successful mission accomplishment. Because nearly 80% of all aviation accidents are caused by human error, the PRC/MRC programs are laser targeted to reduce these risks.
Over 175 sources were used to create these courses, they are fully web based, and allow you to train at your convenience regardless of your geographic location. All online courses are designed to be completed in between 1.5 to 4 hours of actual contact time for an average learner. Additional course resources, such as case studies and mission scenario analysis, may require additional reading time. Additionally, outside reading and study is recommended (though not required) to maximize the impact of course materials. Although key areas receive appropriate emphasis, the course is not spoon fed to pass the end of course quiz. The learner must engage with and master the content of each course in order to satisfactorily pass the end of course examination.

The PRC and MRC programs have been approved by the National Business Aviation Association as fulfilling the requirements for their Professional Development Program HR9 (Human Resources Objective 9) and L6 (Leadership Objective 6) respectively.
